Quazy Rides is a tradename of Muriel van den Hazenkamp, the sole proprietorship registered in the Dutch Chamber of Commerce with number 60264977, with its registered office at Sterkselseweg 29, 5591 KC Heeze, the Netherlands.

We do require to use your information to provide access to our online environment and keep you updated. Of course we will process all your information confidential, safe and in accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation.

Which data do we use and why

Quazy Rides account

Which data: Your first name, last name, e-mail address, country of residence and your chosen password. Any details you include regarding payments will be processed by the payment service provider used by us (MultiSafepay) and the specific payment service of your choice. A cookie will be placed on your device with each visit of the website and order.
Why: Necessary to create your account and access your order(s). The cookie is required for the correct functioning of the checkout process of your order.
Legal basis: Contractual – we would be unable to fulfil the purchase without your data.
Retention: The data is retained for as long as your profile is valid. In case you would want to end and delete your account, please inform us via info@quazyrides.com with the request “delete account” and we will permanently delete your account and data.

E-mail newsletter

Which data: Your e-mail address, gender, first name, last name, country, birthdate and motor cycle brand, whether or not you open the e-mail or click links in the e-mail and what IP address and application is used to view the e-mail and what type of device.
Why: Information about your device is used by Mailchimp to ensure e-mail compatibility. Open and click rate is used to track efficacy of the campaign.
Legal basis: Contractual or Consent – we will only send you our periodic e-mail newsletter if you have an account after you have purchased a roadtrip package or consented to it. You will always have the option to unsubscribe.
Retention: Data is retained indefinitely until unsubscribed.

Data collected by visiting our website

We use Google Analytics on this website. Google Analytics collects statistics for us about the visit to this website. In this way we can, for example, see which pages are popular and via which websites or search engines the visit comes to this website. This information is not personal and therefore does not harm your privacy. All information collected by Google Analytics is of a general nature. Therefore, your visit to this website is completely anonymous. To further prevent your privacy from being invaded, we have accepted the 'Data Processing Amendment' within Google Analytics. In addition, we have activated the settings 'anonymizeIP' and 'forceSLL' in Google Analytics so that you can use this website anonymously. Which data: Your e-mail address and the contents and attachments of the e-mail.
Why: In order to process your message.
Legal basis: Consent – by giving us this information you are consenting to it being processed. Legitimate interest – it is in our mutual interest to be able to communicate with you relating to your message.
Retention: Data is deleted at the end of every calendar year if the data is not being used for more than 3 months.

Sharing your information with other systems and organisations

Your rights

If you reside outside of the European Union, you may have similar rights under your local laws. Quazy Rides will honour the rights under the General Data Protection Regulation if you reside outside the European Union as well.

How to contact us regarding your data

To request access to, rectification or, erasure of your personal data, please use our contact form with mentioning “Personal data” in your message. We will respond to data subject requests within 1 month of receiving it. For security purposes you can only request information about yourself. You can OPT OUT to our Mailchimp newsletters yourself – instructions are given on each e-mail.
